This site sets no cookies and runs no trackers. When a business uses Feet Up, we handle its customers’ calls and texts only to do that job. We don’t sell anything to anyone.
Who we are
Feet Up answers calls and sends texts for small businesses. We’re based in Jackson, Wyoming. Reach us at hello@getfeetup.com.
This website
No cookies, no analytics scripts, no ad pixels, no fonts or files loaded from other companies. Cloudflare, our host, keeps standard server logs (like IP address and the page requested) to run and protect the site.
When you call or text a business that uses Feet Up
We collect what’s needed to answer you and pass your request to the business:
- Your phone number, and the time of your call or text.
- What you tell us: the job, the address or town, when you want it done, and your name if you give it.
- Calls the assistant answers are recorded and transcribed, so the business gets an accurate summary.
- The texts between you and the business.
The business you contacted sees all of this. It’s their customer record, and we hold it for them.
Businesses that use Feet Up
We keep the owner’s name, mobile number and business details, and the customer and appointment lists the business gives us for reminders and follow-ups. If the business connects its email, we read new messages to sort them and save draft replies in its own mailbox. We never send email for them. Email logins are stored encrypted.
Who handles the data
We use these companies to run the service. Each gets only what its part needs:
- Twilio: phone numbers, calls and texts.
- Retell AI: the voice assistant on calls, including recordings and transcripts.
- Anthropic: the AI that writes text replies and sorts email.
- Cloudflare: hosting for this site.
- Google or Microsoft: only if a business connects its Gmail or Outlook.
Text messages
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Reply STOP to any text to stop them.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or rent personal information.
- We don’t use one business’s customers for anyone else.
- We don’t text anyone for marketing on our own behalf.
How long we keep it
As long as the business uses Feet Up. When a business leaves, we delete its data, including its customers’ calls and texts, within 30 days.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email hello@getfeetup.com from the contact you used, or ask the business you called. We’ll answer within 30 days. To stop texts, reply STOP.
Security
Everything travels encrypted. Access is limited to the person running Feet Up. Logins for connected mailboxes are encrypted at rest.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes. Big changes go to our business customers by email first.
